Zeppelin DDR RAM

Greetings - I have 2 pieces of Zeppelin DDR Ram (1GB each) number on the stick is Zeppelin 1G/400/648 UL while number on the chip itself is Z1GDR6481308-4. I cannot get them to run on dual channel. Every machine I plug them into show single channel. Can anyone explain why this is so.?

Thanks & regards,
Kevin

TMnet Email Spam filter

Broadband provider
ISP/package: n/a
Location: KL
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: y

Personal equipment
Modem: n/a
Router: n/a
Firewall used: n/a

Problem details
First occurence of problem: last week of Dec 2007
Problem frequency: persisting
Problem description: emails not getting to recipients

One of my corp customers uses @<customer>.com email addy along with their tm.net.my addy. Problem arose after TMNut announced their spam filter setup; no more auto-relaying...yada-yada-yada, etc.

We r reseller for their email hosting & our hosting provider have tested using the cust's .com addy, result = everything is OK, emails able to send and receive. We have followed all the instructions posting on TM's website

The cust cannot send out emails using their .com addy but their tm.net.my addy is OK. The .com addy doesn't even get 'bounced' or 'relaying denied' message. No replies at all. It's like the .com emails just disappeared into a black hole. We suspect the customer's ISP is Streamyx.

Wonder if anyone out there have experienced this problem? FYI, customer is non-IT so have to reduce all instructions to "lay-man" terms (Still wondering how to do that ;-)

Appreciate any assistance. Apologies if this has been answered in another thread, just couldn;t figure out the key words to search for.

regards,
