How to exchange car plate numbers?

My husband is planning to sell his car but he would like to keep his plate number. We decided to swap it to my car plate number instead.

So far I haven’t found anything regarding this on JPJ website. Typically your old plate number can be transfered to a new unregistered car/motor by the same owner.

Anybody done this before? If so, what is the procedure and what documents do I need?

Allowed early release after resign. Compensation?

On my contract, I must give 3 months notice to company before I resign.

I did exactly that. They accepted my resignation. But HR told me they will offer me 2-months early release so that means I only have to work 1 month.

I know that when a company terminates you in short notice, they must pay you compensation (the amount on months salary agreed in the contract).
But does it also apply if they tell you to leave earlier than your notice period?

Is it illegal for indo maid to work in a clinic?

I know an Indonesian girl with a maid permit working here for the past 6 years. Initially was tricked by her agent to come to work in a factory.
Later she was "bought over" by her current boss and worked as a caretaker at their home.

Recent years, she has been working with her boss doing non-maid work. I suspect she is an accomplice to a lot of illegal activity.

She worked as a "frontliner" taking PCR samples (early stages of PKP 2020, when only medical officers were allowed to take it).
She now works at her boss's clinic as a clinic assistant. (Boss is not a doctor by the way, but operates a "clinic" without a license).

Just want to ask, is it illegal for her to work as non-maid when she is still using a maid permit?
