            <title>PDA better than Electronic Dictionary ?</title>

            <description>I wonder which one is better ?&lt;br /&gt;PDA or electronic dictionary&lt;br /&gt;bcos i use to use the electronic dictionary which convert chinese to english and vice versa with voice...&lt;br /&gt;how about PDA, can it do that too ?&lt;br /&gt;in term of prices i think the dictionary sometime are more expensive than the PDA..&lt;br /&gt;but what the PDA function ? I have never use one before, can u guy advice and let me know what are the PDA function ?&lt;br /&gt;My main question is can I buy any PDA and install dictionary in it.. does it work ? i mean with voice read out of the chinese and english dictionary ? is it by default or have to install any software and does that mean cost more ?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;tq..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;regards,&lt;br /&gt;</description>

            <description>Hi, guys..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any idea how we can type in Hong Kong S.A.R keyboard setting in windows XP and Microsoft Words ?&lt;br /&gt;I know we can use Chinese BIG5 - Hanyu Pinyin..&lt;br /&gt;But what is Hong Kong SAR ?
