Bad Neighbour?

Hi,

As the title mentioned, i am not sure if i am a bad neighbour myself or the other way around.

Story goes like this..

During last year CNY, as ussual my family will "Bai Tian Kong" During the 9th day of CNY *12am*, and as ussual after the ceremony, we'll light up a RED fireCRACKERS *illegal from law, yes i kow(sorry)*, Same goes for few of my neighbours they will have their firecrackers light up as well.
My house is in the right side of the coner house(MR. A), as the 2nd house, 3rd house is also my neighbour(we call him Mr. B) and then the 4th house same neighbour(Mr. C)

Mr. A, and Mr. C had their firecrackers light up as well, but not Mr. B, as i remember it, Mr. B is not around during that time, and MR. B found out that his car had been damaged by firecrackers in the morning.

As a result, Mr. B , trying to find the one that damage his car end up reporting to the police,
Well, for me i understand the procedure to claim insurance on the damage, police reports are required, so i didnt see it as a serious matter,but for those that dun understand (like my parents) *sorry mom/dad, but they dun study that much*, starting to talk bad of Mr. B at his back.

Polices did came, and question around the neighbours, and went Mr. C house, cause he had camera installed, but sadly the culprit are not being recorded.
My family had the worst, the polices came into my house and try to search thru my house for signs of firecrackers. (well, i guess Mr. B strongly believe i am the one that damage his car), honestly me myself do not know if i am the one responsible for the damage, is late and dark, happy mood, firecrackers bombing.

Times flies~~ not much problems after this inciddent, i guess Mr. B successfully had his car damage claimed, only ocassionally, Mr. B house Alarm will start blaring without any reasons, during the noon, well, after the incident, my parents start to think that Mr. B is doin it purposely to annoyed them. I am not sure myself, but if is faulty, then is been faulty for almost 1year now.. LOL

This year CNY, same old routine, "Bai Tian Kong", but this year, my family decided NOT TO light firecrackers, MR. A light up his, and MR C as well. MR B seems not around the house *not sure mayb hiding inside* MR B never had any CNY praying ceremony.

But then, after "Bai Tian Kong" nex night, a police officer came to my house, and start accusing us for lighting firecrackers, and said he had proves and witnesses. (actually is jst a pic of my house front) sadly, my dad thiking that he's not wrong and bein wrongly accused, acting a little bit loud during the police visit, and the police was trying very rude to try and bring my dad to police station. end up i had to apologies to the police and bring him to the police station. only a few talks and warnings from the police upon arriving at the police station. So i am not sure if is MR. B that still havent gone thru his anger or not, or isit some one else that lodge the police report, but this time seems the police only target my house, and didnt even question the other neighbours.

end of my story.

i had a few questions, hopefully anyone with knowledge of malaysia laws or experiences on these cases can help.

Can a police just barge into my house and commence search witout any warrant?

Is there any way that i can know who's lodging the police report?*this year* (i did ask the police, police said that prosecutor wanted to remained anonymous) but the police accidently made a wrong phone call*end up calling me* trying to report to this prosecutor. This prosecutor seems quite power i dun think is a police report lodged, but the police is just doin this prosecutor a favor.

i am afraid that this may happen again next year as well, please help me firgure this out, i am willing to pay the legal fees of lawyer if needed, mayb see the prosecutor face to face in court, or if i am really in the wrong, apologies to this mysterious prosecutor.

Need verifications on car problems

Hi....

just here to ask some opinions on this recent problem i had after i change my engine oil (abit late)

I can hear some clanking sound coming from where the timing belt is when the car is warmth (Hard to determine where's it exact location)

It worries me alot it might be what they call "Rod Knocking" which means sumthing alr damaged inside the engine (Which means my car's a goner ),
Or is just one of the pulleys.... but i had try to remove the spark plug cable 1 by 1 and test it out,
the clanking sound remain the same even tho i go thru each spark plug cable...

Any expert here or anyone that had face the same issues?
