Introduction

The Master 19 is an amazing amplifier for the price point. It's sounds very close to it's bigger brother , the master 9 while costing less and in a smaller form factor. It has a very dynamic sound, huge soundstage ,transparent and neutral while not being too analytical . You are able to discern differences between DACS easily with this amplifier. It pairs great with planar headphones and can drive nearly every headphone on the market with its 9w rating at 40 ohms. It's preamp section is very impressive for an all in one unit and I really like the resistor based volume control making it have perfect channel balance.

Best part, you won't require a sub, the 8 inch woofer delivers great bass that is not only powerful but never overpowering ,is fast, articulate and just a great experience overall. Note, you will need a DAC/Preamp or a monitor controller to use this speakers.

All in all, a great implementation of the AKM AK4493 chip without the usual Velvet sound shortcomings. Schiit really knows what they're doing. If you're after a balance DAC, this should be in your list, you can forget the usual SMSL SX-X/TOPPING DXX, this is the dac they wish they could be.

[NOTE] This amplifier is for the manliest of man, it outputs 6 f**king watts into 32 ohms. Not recommended for sensitive iems.
Ample of power, can drive most power hungry cans with ease. As it is tube driven, you get the benefits of the typical Schiit signature but with added lushness from the tubes. Highly recommended for tube rolling.

Short Review:
In my opinion, the ifi Nano Black label is the best portable amp/dac combo under RM1000 and can hold its own to many full-size alternatives. Overall a neutral to slight warm in the sound signature , It is extremely flexible because it drives sensitive iems to even a HD650 which is a 300 ohm headphone. This is also a balanced amplifier which is nice.
