Hi, does anyone of you ever experienced a poop of a brother who does not respect anything in the world? Who shouts at his own mother and answers her in a rude tone? My mom is so soft that she lets him get away of his poop attitude all the time that I am so fed up of living in this house but I can't move out yet. Today, despite my mother's strict no no cursing policy, my brother cursed when she was not at home. I warned him that if he uses that cursing word again, I will report to my mom. His reply? "Like I care" . On the way back home, on the phone my mom said she will ban him from using the computer. But when she came back, she just gave him a warning and as usual he got away with it again! His 13 years old, he does not care if he is rude to her and me. He is afraid of my elder brother who is not in this country though.

What should I do? I can't smack that shit cos his body strength is stronger since I'm a girl. I need someone to talk sense into my mother, serious advice please.

*one day before working day, briefing say meet 7.30pm then said still got work so ask to meet 8pm. (I know abt M'sian timing which is 30mins late standard)
I said ok. I came to the kopitiam at 8.11pm and sms this agent (peggie) to let her know I'm alrdy there.
8.22pm only reply me, say sorry she is late, she is on the way. Come 9.10pm wtf , then tell me said sorry she got ot, but when come only tell ppl this, not say sms to inform so ppl don't have to sit there and wait for this agent.

* She did the same to the other promoter and came 1 hour late.

= keep me wait 1 hour just to brief (first impression fail with responsibility of something simple as handling time)

* when come to brief, don't even know how to present properly about the jobscope. Yes promoter job is easy, promote the product lah what else? Even though she don't tell me what i have to do, I know what to do from experience. So I've asked her about the salary. She put in ad rm110, but the briefing day suddenly told me it is rm90 + rm20 incentives (Some people might say this but put the rm20 in the pocket and workers won't know it). Then i got doubt about the honesty of the salary.

* 2 weeks ago, the promoter got a box of free samples of the product for customer. 1 week ago a different promoter had 3 bags full of samples. Me? half a bag of free samples (30 pieces only) and wtf does she expect ? it is a saturday. At 10am, customers came pouring in the shop alrdy, within an hour I finished giving out the samples to customers.

at around 2pm , gave her a call, told her samples finished in an hour. Ask her if she will restock for me or what. Then 3 to 4pm she came with only few more samples, at least 20 the most. Then she raise her voice and ask me this

she: "why u simply give out the samples to customers?!" then i say, if i don't give them samples then how else u want me to promote the product??

told her abt the previous promoters having so many samples n y i so few

she: "Why do u care how many samples the previous promoters have, I'm asking u y u simply give out the samples?"

she: "the company told me don't simply give customer samples unless they approach the product and want to buy it then only u give the sample. my company today close, i don't hav enough samples in my car also"

me: "b4 i started work, u never tell me this. today i start work, now only u tell me, is it really my fault??"

she: ".............." *suddenly from frust face change to friendly face and changes topic*

Best part of all this? she did not inform me that after working, 1 month only can get the payment. in my experiences, the latest i get payment is 2 weeks, no more than that. Asked her abt the payment, she talks for awhile then suddenly her bf ( Peter ) interrupts (brings her bf cause he can talk better than her) and kept telling it is company policy. She told me after the working date then wait 1 month to get the payment. Her bf said from the date we work count 1 month then only get the payment. Who the hell is telling the truth now?

Making up my mind, I and another promoter called her n told her we are both quitting on that day bcos of how late the payment is. she immediately came to store and ask me what happened, why i want to quit suddenly.

Then i say, as a part timer, i feel it is my right to know properly abt my payment n how long have to wait. I told her, we worked our ass off from 10am to 10pm and feel that the payment is unfair, she is unfair bcos not direct explaining abt the payment.

She told me, our payment wait 1 month, hers? Have to wait 2 months only can get. is it my problem to knw when ur payment is? y telling me this?? gain pity frm me to her situation?? then tell me "how ? u ok or not 1 month wait? ok or not ok also u have to be ok "

When meet briefing never tell me abt all this ,diam only. i alrdy asked abt the payment, but she diam only abt when gonna give payment.

she told me, (that time 8pm) u continue work till 10pm tonight la but your payment won't be as full as before. Needless to say, I left. & I saw the other promoter still there n i thought she goin to quit also. Then she say work for one more day only then she will ciao as well. Asked her if her payment got kena cut also, (agent told this promoter that payment also rm110 per day, but then last min like me, told her its only basic rm80 n if she work hard enough n sell properly, she can get rm110) and she said the agent say will pay her rm100 if continue work.

This whole situation is full of miscommunication and misunderstanding. But seeing how she handles the situation, she is really unprofessional. I myself have handle part timers n in charge of part timers before, I know the procedures. Before I left, ended up I had to give her some advice on how to communicate with part timers

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for this fish but the last fish shop I went which was in USJ Subang area don't seem to sell this anymore. It's a waste because this fish is super interesting to have. I used to have 5 corydoras trilineatus and 4 albino cories.

Unfortunately 2 trili and 3 albino died because of their fondness of going behind the filter pump and getting stuck behind there.

I wanna know where can I buy this fish, hugely fond of them as they have their own unique character. Anyone have any idea which shop sells them??

Hi, my dog just got attacked by my neighbors dog . This corner neighbor everyday let their dog out without supervision and tonight my dog got attacked.
