WTA GPU repair service

Hi everyone. I would like to know if anyone or any shops doing gpu's repair. I have this two Sapphire R9 280x. Warranty for both of them already expired. Been using both of them without problems before. Now one of them is doing some strange behavior. It keeps crashing at random time with screen freeze, sounds still playing and the gpu fans turns to 100% speed. Has to hard reset my whole system to make it work again. Gpu temperature just a second before this happens was quite normal. Below 85°C under load and around 45-50°C when idle. Tried removing other card and only leave the problem card on the first slot, still crash but with black screen/no signal on my monitor with max gpu fan speed. Changing driver and using ddu to clean doesn't make any difference. It crashes at any time it wanted to. Even when i'm just surfing and doing some programming. I also try to use that gpu on my brother system but everytime he power up his pc, monitor stays black and gpu fans goes to 100% straight away. So if anyone is doing gpu repair or knows someone/some shop around selangor did this gpu repair, please let me know. I really love this cards. Still using both of them now even it randomly crash here and there. Sorry for the long post.
