Hi

I hope can get some answers from members of lowyat

I wish to open a day care center, which allocated in residential area.
It's not kindergarten, Job only working from Mon-Fri

So we differentiate to 2 session, Morning & Noon
Working until 5/6pm from 7am.

So i did research some news regarding a lot people opening in residential area.
And i heard some peoples said that they can be ban if we call related department regarding they open in residential area.

Do day care center really can't open in residential area?
I scare i throw 50-100k for renovate then rent the house, after fe wmonths, i have to move out regarding neighbor complain or what

Hope to get clear details answer before implement my own
