i have a bit problem to share...below is my pc spec:

proc : am2 4200+
mobo : m2a-vm hdmi
ram : 2gb of ddr2667
hdd : 120gb
rom : dvd-rw
power : cooler master 430watt extreme
monitor : 15in

the problem is i want to add a 3870 ati graphic card. i heard that nowadays graphic cards really need a lot of power.so can anyone help me with this problem whether my power supply enough to put the gc or not? and how exactly to calculate the total usage of power in pc?
