Installation of PSU

I will like to consult you all regarding to the installation of power supply unit(Acbel 450 watt,20+4 pin). When plug in the cable, do we need to follow the number of pin, such as 1st pin in 1st hole and so on till the 24th pin?In case I wrongly plug in the wrong place or wrong direction, is there will be any short circuit or other problem?

PSU 380watt or 430 watt?

I plan to change my PSU, 380watt( Coolermaster) should be sufficient enough for my CPU,howerver will it be safer if I buy higher watt one?430 watt one?Or it makes it worst?

Normally everytime we shut down our computer without switch off our monitor,and when we power on our computer, the monitor suppose will automatically turn on. But my monitor does not. I have to press the power buttom in order to switch on my monitor instead of it automatically turn on. Is it normal?2n.Before entering windows(after turning on) or after quiting windows(before switching off), my monitor always show "no signal detached" and "nonpreset mode" Why is it like that?

HELP(URGENT) Auto restart

My pc(dekstop)keep on auto restart, it will auto restart after around 10-60minutes each time. I have been reformatted my c drive.Install new windows but the problem still occur. It auto restart more frequently when I run more programmes such as three or four programmes at once.Before this, there was once an error occurs,it states it might due the hardware failure.Is it really due to hardware failure or caused by virus?

Is it something wrong with my LCD monitor?

I am now using BENQ Product Name: FP71G+S 17" TFT LCD Monitor D-Sub/DVI Dual Input.Usually when I switch off my computer, I just shut down and turn off the main plug power,without pressing the power button on my LCD monitor.But when I turn on the main plug power,to switch on my computer, I have to press to power button on my LCD monitor to turn on my monitor.Is is something wrong with my LCD monitor?
***Using CRT before, normally I didnt press the power button on my monitor when I switched off my computer, but later when I switched on my computer, I need not to press the power button on my CRT monitor to switch on the monitor.It will automatically on.

I just bought my brand new CPU, but later at home I plug in the streamyx cable into my cpu, there are connection but no IP address etc. I still cant surf internet nor sign in msn etc...How can overcome this problem?Thanks in advance.
