Disable Post Count on Stock Exchange Discussion

I would seriously like admin to consider post count disable in stock exchange since there are too many spamming.

Meanwhile i'd like to report http://forum.lowyat.net/user/Xiaofeng90 (who kept personal attack me) and linked me to http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1686666/+920 (with a purpose intentionally asking me to leave Stock Exchange Discussion topic) whereas the forum is open for public and for discussion for any stocks in the market.

Please refer to personal attack without proper valid facts - post 46 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2303478/+40 - I'd like my name to be cleared up with such personal attacks and hope appropriate actions/warning taken against those who attack/harass me indirectly.

However, those who don't like my analysts can put me in their ignore list but not personal attack against me.
