Khazanah vs PNB vs EPF vs Maybank GMAP?

My friend who is a fresh grad is lucky enough to be considering offers from the investments division of Khazanah, EPF and PNB, as well as the Maybank GMAP.
For Maybank GMAP, she is only interested in the M&A side, but we know it's highly competitive to get M&A as your permanent placement after the rotations.

She is unsure as to which is the best choice as these are some of her concerns.

1) Exit opportunities in 3-5years time, perhaps to Private Equity or other high finance areas with fat bonuses.
2) Culture (she prefers a fast-paced environment and not an overly chilled 9-5 job)
3) Technical training
4) Opportunity to expand her network
5) Career progression
6) Typical bonus level for juniors
