Hi everyone,

I have noticed that there are a lot of interactive games usually uses Adobe Flash (or even in Silverlight) to code, I'd like to learn but I am not very sure where to start.

Is there a website / application compiler that provides easily done components / very good tutorial guide to build light weight flash interactions / Silverlight (that is also tablet compatible based on their configurations)?

I'm trying to do something very simple and can be "snap shot" into a JPG later.

Any suggestions / advise is greatly welcome.
