Hi. I've opened cds account with rakuten and i plan to invest in reit. May I know what does the below mean? How should i calculate the dividend yield?

2.28 sen per unit comprising 2.24 sen taxable and 0.04 sen non-taxable

if im not wrong it should be annual dividend/entry price x 100.

2.28/177 x 100 = 1.29%

is the above correct?

aside from cash upfront acc, i've also opened contra acc. even though i read about contra acc but still not able to fully grasp of it..what's so special of contra account. stupid me i should have opened cash upfront only

Neurologist consultation fee

I went to see neurologist at alpha specialist centre. Cost me RM285 for consultation only. In their email said would be around RM150. Is this normal fee? I know govt is cheaper but i cannot take leave so have to go during weekend only

Hi guys. Right now I'm surveying which muay thai gym to choose and i narrow it down to a few authentic ones. Merican muay thai gym, Dragon muay thai or Muay thai fitness lab?
Have you tried any of these? What do you think?

Hi. I want to buy property preferably with 2/3 bedrooms. But i can only afford property worth below rm400k. And usually studio apartment la and that pon only a few projects with such price. I was thinking these two projects m vertica (2r~) and riana dutamas with 1r

What do you guys think? Is it ok to buy studio/soho? And are there any other projects below rm400k that u guys know and recommend?

hi i would like to ask for you recommendation which one is the best as i cant decide between both. Xiaomi mipad has micro sd which can store up to 128gb. while teclast is pretty cool cause it had dual os..but some say that there's problem with the battery cause it's always stucked at 7% ?

Both are price wise though teclast is much cheaper..xiaomi is much reputable..

3 weeks ago, i had this weird problem where i wasnt able to understand what i read..i tried to read but it just passed over me.. i couldnt concentrate in my class and i thought i was very stupid cause i didnt even understand what the lecturer was saying..i was having a hard time connecting the words..not just my study but even in my everyday's conversation..and i tried reading newspapers but also unable to understand..i had to re-read for so many times and it was like short term memory loss..

after that it gets better..and i'm able to understand and process what i read..it's just that there are days where my left hand feels tingling/weak and i often feels pressure inside my head..headache at the back of head, near neck..sometimes i feel fatigue and i notice that i sleep a lot than before..sometimes out of sudden i cant understand what i read (previously it happened for a week, but this time it only occurred for a short time)

so i went to a doctor and she referred me to this neurology but i have to wait one month for the appointment..i told my family about it but they just thought that i was just stress..but i tell you that i'm not..it is this problem that stresses me out..

someone told me that these are symptoms of stroke..but i'm not that convinced cause i checked the symptoms and mine are not that bad..i mean i can still work, my hand can still lift thing though it feels weak/fatigue for no reason..before this i never experienced all these before

so what do you think?
