Activate 4G SIM

Hi,

I would like to upgrade my SIM to 4G.

I have took the new SIM Card from maxis centre and called maxis customer support to activate that SIM card.
However, I wait from yesterday night until now the card is still not activated yet.

Please assist.

Hi Maxis,

My network has been down since yesterday (2 Oct 2015) at Puchong..the DSL has no light..i have restart the modem many times and the problem still occur..
Can you help to check it?

I'm using Maxis Home Wired Internet.
