Bios beep delay

I just build a new rig but the problem is when I turn on the pc it will take about 30-40 seconds for the bios "beep" sound to be heard. This is sometimes annoying.

Is this normal or is there hardware incompatible issues???

Below are my pc specification:

intel core 2 duo e8500
Gigabyte ga-ep45-ds3 (flashed to latest F9 bios)
9800gtx+
kingston hyperx ddr2-1066 2GB (Pair)(KHX8500D2k2)
silverstone strider 560w
Samsung Dvd writer

New PC reboot over & over

Yesterday, I have build a brand new PC, I have assemble everything to the instruction but now problem arising.

When I turn the computer on, the pc will keep restarting over & over. I dont even have the chance to go to bios because the pc will restart every 3 to 4 seconds...

These are my specification:

intel e8500
gigabyte EP45-DS3 mobo
asus 9800 gtx+
kingston hyperx 2gb Ram
silverstone strider 560w
samsung DVD-burner

P45 mobo with only single GC pci-e slot

I'm planning to built a new gaming rig to replace my current PC

And these are roughly my specification:
intel E8500
9800 GTx+
Silverstone strider 560w

So I've been browsing the LY pricelist and looking for decent P45 mobo, its strange because there are no mobo with single Graphic Card pci-e slot

I want to get mobo with single GC pci-e slot because I don't want to SLI. Besides, mobo with single GC pci-e slot logically must be cheaper and use less power because of the less slot.

Is there any P45 mobo at LY that can fit my needs???.
