Licence Payment Problem

Ayam wanna do B full licence. In march this year i ayam paid rm 800 and went to ceramah and got my L for B full. been busy with university til now.

since the jpj tukar the rule for licence. the driving school say ayam have to pay full price for B full, which is another rm +-800. i am wtf, where my money go?

if they say pay topup ayam can understand la. how eh?

Internet Streaming Problem

Hi, I have video streaming issues.
I can stream youtube videos smoothly(even 1080) but if I stream anime at other websites the speed is very slow. 40+ minutes only loads about 10 mins.

how do i fix it?
