Feeling after you finish watch anime and manga

Guyz,what do feel when you finish watching anime or reading manga? As for me, each time i finished it, i kinda went through "moment of depression". . Example Ichigo 100% and Full Metal Panic. After finish reading those,i felt like " what the hell i am doing in my life " . It usually took me 2-3 days for me to recover from this feeling.

P.S - I just want to know if i'm not the only one who feels like this. Please feel free to share your thoughts .
