INTERNET yellow

But my VOIP turn to red..whyyy???

2 time change the modem and 4 time they come to repair..last time they repair bout 2 weeks ago..

The phone also don hv coverage..last time I call they eat a lot my credit..waaaa so sad..if u all hv any suggestion?..

Already off the modem for an hour and on back..same result..

i use prepaid celcom now and currently use it for my iphone..

celcom mobile internet is expensive...

and yesterday i saw a promotion..u mobile mobile internet is rm19 for 1month (500mb)..

im really intrested..but i want to remain my current number..can we change celcom prepaid to u mobile prepaid?..

help me!
