my spec,
i7-860 gigabyte h55m-s2
silverline 2x 4gb 1600mhz
700w tagan
gtx460
CM TPC 812 cpu cooler

i try to OC.. i set until 3.08mhz.. then run cpu-z it show core speed 3.5mhz with 140 x25..(when normal use)
but when run prime95 the core speed drop 3.08mhz with 140 x22 (when 100% load)
temp load max 65C

can tell me what happen and suggest me what should i do..

i want to upgrade my pc from my 2nd sig u can see at bottom..
i dunno whether i need to buy q8400 for rm250..
or just upgrade to g630+mobo+ram.. around rm380..
if i use g630, can i play game smoother than q8400?
q8400 is quad core..g630 is only dual core.. how?
