            <title>living near TNB substation</title>
            <link>http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2087816</link>
<description>am wondering any long or short term effect for those who stayed or worked near TNB substatation. I have noticed that recently 1) for shophouses, developer may use half of a shoplot at the back for TNB Substation while the front is normal shopfront 2) for houses or other residential premises, to have one unit as a TNB substation while the next door is where people stay. Appreciate some feedback as i intent to purchase a house where within a TNB Substation is located within 20ft away. thanks</description>
