I need advise from sifu. I bought property under my name before marriage and i have been paying the loan alone all this while. I have already draft a WILLS to nominate my sister as property owner if i pass away one day, would my wife still be able legally goes to civil court to claim the property ownership ?

Car accident with Motor

Last week is my bad day. The motorist (most probably Mat Rempit) with Yamaha 135 cc motorbike bang my car. It was after i turn right into a lorong, that motorist came from opposite and bang my car left behind part, damage badly. I can confirm that the motorist bang my car after i already turn right into the lorong. He has bruising mouth and nose. He didn't want to pay. So i said want make a report in order to claim insurance. I took that motorist's IC number and car number. The police take my statement and took a photo of my car. I immediately get my car be repaired at car shop.

After 3 days, i went to police station to check the status again. That motorist didn't lodge the report yet. What should i do to get the justice back ?
