Sharing Information - Taobao(updated more photos)

Dear All,

The purpose I open for this topic is to share the infomation which I gained from the purchases experience from Taobao.

Recently I've helped a member here to purchase quite a lot of stuffs from Taobao, he has shared out some photos which taken from the original item, please feel free to visit his thread.

Below here I would like to share some information for a dining set table with chairs.

The client choosed for 1 table with 4 chairs

The seller is provided few colors for the table and few design for the chairs.

The cost for the dining set is RM1287/1.7*1.06 = RM 802.48

The packaging dimension for this dining set is 0.6m3. 1m3 is RM350*0.6 = RM 210
RM 210 will be the shipping cost and included the delivery charges to the doorstep.

The total cost for this dining set table with chairs - RM 802.48+210 = RM1012.48

I will upload the actual photo when the customer finished the installation.

Here I am sharing some photos which I grab from the website first.

2nd item I wish to share with you will be a hand painting. Customer just received about 2days ago : )

RMB 662/1.7*1.06 = RM 412.78, shipping fees RM175 (as minimum need to be 0.5m3) =RM175
Total cost RM 412.78+175= RM587.78

Actually the packaging dimension for this hand painting only 0.2m3, if you wish to buy one more painting or other stuffs, I can suggest you gather all the stuffs and buy/ship together, it can help you to save on delivery charges.

For the upcoming sharing, I will share more on TV Cabinet, Coffee Table etcs.

[color=purple]Air Freight Charges:
1-3KG – RM12, 4-10KG –RM11, 11KG and Above – RM10
Sensitive Item – Below 10KG, Need to pay additional RM21

For example: Total weight 3KG, with sensitive items in the parcel, freight charges will be RM12*3KG + RM 21= RM57

Volumetric Weight:
Additional Note: If you would like to ship a toy (for example : tororo toy) via freight, the actual weight for the toy maybe just around 1KG, but the size/volume of the toy is BIG! Freight company is charging half price of the volume for the item.

For example : the volume of the toy – 20cm X 25cm x 25cm = 12500/6000 = 2.083KG
Actual weight – 1KG
Freight charges = (2.083+1)KG = 3.083KG/2 = 1.545KG = 2KG. Therefore you will be charged of 2KG air freight charges. Decimal will be round up to round figure.

Example 2:
Actual weight is 8KG,
Volume/Dimension of the Goods = 20cm x 25cm x 25xm /6000 = 2.083KG
Always follow the larger weight, therefore the charges is 8KG

Air Freight usually will take 6-7working days to deliver to your mailing address count from the date of the goods send to airport.
We are using Skynet/ABX

Sea Freight Charges:
For West Malaysia:
1 cubic meter = RM350, minimum must be 0.5cubic meter = RM175
This charges already included the transport fees, deliver till your doorstep.

For East Malaysia: Only apply to Sibu, Bintulu, Miri. For more info, please check with admin.
Sea Freight will take 3-4 weeks to reach your doorstep, sometime it can be less than 3weeks, depends on which delivery address.

Please do understand, the warehouse which collect the goods from the seller is located @ Guangzhou, sometimes the sellers might from different province in China, so that local delivery charges will be charged. The local delivery charges will be mentioned in your quotation too if any.

Since the seller is from different of province, therefore please allow few days for the goods to delivery to warehouse, once everything are arrived, our admin will send out your goods to the courier company.

Please take note even though electrical items or vcd considered prohibited by the air freight, if you declared it as sensitive item, it still can be delivered, just need to pay for sensitive item charges. If you would like to save the cost, we are encourage you deliver them by sea freight. No sensitive item charges applied to sea freight.

When i start my pc, it pop out 1 window cannot access the specific device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item, what does it mean?? and when i click on program or any application, it's just can not be open....how come like that?? please help me!
