HELP : Windows 8 product key

As per topic, im having difficulties in finding win 8 product key since there's no COA sticker anymore.

I'm using Asus laptop.
My hard drive crash, need to replace with new one.
I heard that pre-installed key are located at BIOS.
Does it affect the product key since i replace the hard drive?

Right now i'm currently using win 7.

My pc always show an error "Display driver NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver Version 306.97 has stopped working and recover"

i read about my problem at Nvidia forum site.

The best thing is, my problem won't occur during safe mode.
i suspect the problem is at my setting. can anyone help me?

and i just re-format my os.

I use i7 960, using Cooler Master GeminII S524 with stock fan 1800 RPM speed. My chasis is Cooler Master Elite 430.

My casing is in processes for add 3 more Arctic Cooling F12 PWM 120mm, 57cfm fan (buy from clawhammer )
I thing want to use every slot for fan so that my mobo and component in the casing have better ventilation.

I want to replace GeminII S524 stock fan for better cooling. Plus, standart fan size 120mm. Want to change to 140mm series.
which one is better for cooling?
