Hi all,

I find it weird that this Penadol Actifast that I bought from a shop nearby me is not like the original one because of the texture. When I opened it, it does not have a smooth surface but instead rough and cacat.

What should I do?

Hi all,

One of my staff said that he has a closed contact with someone positive covid but he is second layer

Meaning that, his elder sister's friend is positive and he live with the sister.

He said that his parents want him to quarantine for 5 days

I must approve or how?

Is there a law mentioned that business owner must approve the request?
What if he every month say he closed contact? This is second time he say he want quarantine so i'm quite worried that he tipu to quarantine.

May i know what should I do? I'm very small company only.

Hi all,

I would like to ask and know more about people who drive bmw 318i, how is the car? in terms of realiability and is the price worth it?

I'm looking at 318i 2017 ( under original warranty + extended 1 year warranty ) and the price is below 120k.

I will buy directly from BMW premium selection because i can't trust the car dealer outside ( kena tipu before )

So i wish to know about how the owner of 318i feel after few years of driving in?

Before that, I am not a person who drive fast and not a fan of vroom vroom

i only want comfortable and a slightly better car so i go for 318i ..

I'm planning to buy a BMW 320i year 2016 mileage 85k

I went to search carlist and other dealer, the price for this car is about 115~125k

I have an offer from a direct owner where the car have claimed last warranty last year on September 2021

Besides, the owner have upgraded the entire car to M-sport model and it looks very nice car.

Additional note > There will be extended warranty for this car under Smart Warranty, so i'm not too worried about the issue with the car but I want to know if it's worth it?

I'm planning to purchase a snacks frying machine but I am not very sure about this machine's performance in terms of the electricity required.

As the seller gave me the information below, may I know if I put this machine inside a shoplot, will it overpowered?

This should not be something plug and use right? Sorry I'm not very sure about this.

Hi All,

So I was asked to leave today urgently by my company with usual of 2 months notice upon my resignation which I am very confused. I tendered my resignation 5 days ago which my last day of employment will fall on 28 June 2021.

However, today I received a notification from HR department requesting me to return all office laptop,landyard,ID and etc at 3PM and requesting me to leave the company before 5PM ( urgently )

So I didn't expect today to be my last day of employment as I know i need to serve the balance 2 months until June.

Besides that, the good news is according to HR emailed me that I am entitle to receive my May and June Salary until my last day of employment ( 2 months later) and surprisingly they allow me to transfer my Annual Leave to cash.

My team manager and team leader does not know what is going on because we were all not ready for this event.

I followed the flow after my lunch at 3pm and returned everything ( super rush ) said my last farewell very quickly to others.

I'm still thinking what is the reason behind this? I have not resigned from any company before during my time, this is my first time resignation and it felt very weird.

My current company pay our salary very well even during MCO we still have bonus and all but now it is like too good to be true as they let me go earlier + pay my salary accordingly and cover my insurance until 28 june 2021 but today is my last day.

It is a multinational company and I went through a proper AOR with an exit interview quickly but it was too fast because I wasn't prepared at all and there are still many pending task for me to pass down. I am still in shock right now because the company just offered me to leave 2 months earlier with payment.

I kept wondering, is it because tomorrow MCO my HR want to settle it quickly? because our office will be closed.
I havent question my HR yet because everything happened too quickly

anyone here have similar situation?

additional note : just found that people mentioned about garden leave and I went to google search it. Yes I am working in insurance broking call center which have access to many confidential data. So I think it's because they don't want me to involve anymore.. I guess...

I wonder why do company have to work during public holiday?

is there any reason to work tomorrow?

as i know this company kena saman before for not giving employee to off on public holiday.

But now they require all staff to work on tomorrow, is it normal?

Hello,

on 16 november 2020 night

was having fun with my girlfriend at night and as usual we play safe

but this time is not what i expected, the condom broke when i pulled out. (day before i did ejaculated) so it's not very concentrated.

this is my first time having such issue on durex, i quickly asked my girlfriend to rinse and wash while i check where the condom broke

it was on the side of the condom and there's a hole.

At the same time, i have a friend who is a doctor and i consulted him on whatsapp, he asked me to get an emergency contraception pills in nearby clinic or pharmacy

and we took the pills in less than 20minutes, doctor told us to eat 1 as soon as possible and 12 hours for the next pills.

so basically my girlfriend's period should be on 18 and this issue happened on 16 meaning 2 days before her period.

Yesterday on 18 november, my girlfriend found a little blood on the tampon but then it stopped

I am so worried that I cannot sleep or eat, can someone tell me the chances of getting her pregnant?

im first timer to face such issue, but i dont know why to my other friends they seems to be very ''used'' to it.

As previously I have posted a thread regarding my needs.
Majority here asked me to communicate with her and tell her what i really need.
I love her very much but I'm not sure if she want to continue be with me.
I'm confused.

Below is small part of our communication and it includes some Mandarin ''pinyin'' because of her i learn my mandarin language, so i whenever we type i will try to apply pinyin.

I approached her and told her slowly that I'm a high sex drive person, I mentioned that to her because I don't want to hide from her as I felt that there's no need to hide.
Another thing, i told her that I hope to make a join-bank-account with her so we can start saving for our future now at age 23. I told her that maybe we can save at least RM50~200/monthly and put it into the account so when we marry, we have a capital for our future stuff.
She told me that we are way to young to think about that but I don't agree because I know that if I don't plan now, future will be damn difficult.

Below is few different conversation that actually make me feel very sad.

I don't even know if we continue this relationship is a good idea, the thing that holding me back is the memories that I have with her since 9 years ago.
We grow up together. But in the conversation she mentioned to me not to drag her into my ''plan'' of my future. I don't know what to reply.

As per title,

I really want to know how important it is for a couple to have sex.

Personally my sex drive is considered as high and I know this but I will always control myself.

But one thing came to my mind where my partner is someone that have low sex drive and i hate the feeling of
getting reject when I need it.
I'm with my partner for the past 8 years now and the time we spend together is very less ( i'm 24years old )
so I met my partner about form 2/ form 3 until today, we don't really meet up in the past as my partner's parents is quite strict but now we're a grown up adult

so we went to places for our holiday but when we lived together for 3days2night , we only have sex during the morning and i felt that it's not enough.
One night I wanted to make the move but she rejected and say she's tired but the chance of us going out together to holiday is very low, probably once a year or maybe no. I do respect whatever decision she make and never make her uncomfortable before but I also hope that she can appreciate the time when we finally got together.
Indirectly I felt that she's not putting effort in our relationship.

I love her so much and I can sacrifice a lot for her, when we go outing she will only invite me to shopping mall and have a movie which doesn't have any private time together, at least spend time hugging each other to build our relationship and going shopping mall makes me feel sick , I really hated it ( it's too frequent )

I summarized the entire story, we have been together for about 8 to 9 years now and I slowly worry about this problem. I worry that in future when we are married and we have issue on this, what if she reject me too frequent and makes me fell disappointed?
Recently we went into an argue and she's not the same as before which i actually dislike it.

I told her things in the future and what I am worry about, she scolded me instead and ask me not to think way too far. I am very serious with her, I plan for our future but I just doesn't like her attitude. Yet I don't feel that she's putting any effort

What should I do?
