Looking for Wifi Hardware Upgrades

Hello all!

For context, I'm living in a 2-storey terrace house and my wifi and router is located downstairs, while my PC is located upstairs.
My current hardware are as follows:
1. Standard Huawei modem provided by Unifi
2. Tenda AC6 router
3. D-Link DWA582 Wifi Adapter

My unifi has also been recently upgraded to 300mbps.

The issue that I'm currently facing is slow download speed (speedtest result around 70mbps or less), and sometimes very unstable connection with the download speed dropping to below 10. Gaming latency also spikes every now and then...

May I get your suggestions to what should I upgrade to enjoy at least double my current speed? What modem or wifi adapter should I get?

Ps: cabled connection is not an option.

Please Help: Unifi Issue

Problem with Unifi 100Mbps 2.4Ghz connection across multiple devices, 5.0Ghz connection is fine. Connecting from upstairs to router downstairs.

Either:
1. After connecting, says "Connected (No internet)"
2. When connecting, says "Network access denied"
Sometimes the problem seem to fix itself when I move closer to the router, but then soon after jump back to "Connected (No internet)

Can anyone suggest what could be wrong and how can I fix this? Router issue? Unifi problem? Should I change the router?

Please respond to my plea for help

Myvi Icon 1.3 2015 Ride Comfort

Hi all,

I currently drive a 2015 Myvi. Been driving this car 70k km in the last 5 years without upgrading it. Lately, I've been noticing that the ride comfort is worse than when I first got the car. Specifically, when I drive through bumpy roads or those red strip on the road, I can feel that my shocks and springs aren't doing its job well. Can feel the impact from the body of the car and on my butt, instead of feeling the shocks being taken care off by my suspension system. Worse still, when going through the red strip during a corner, I can feel my car's wheel leaving off the road and my car will suddenly slide sideways a bit until the tire hit the road again.

The car is due for another servicing soon, I was wondering if I should change the front and rear spring and shock? Keep OEM or any brand you can suggest? I'm looking for comfort and not performance.

Current setup:
1. OEM 14" rims
2. Continental CC6 175/65/r14
3. OEM shocks + springs.

Update:

Lowered tire pressure from 34 psi (I was an idiot) to 29 psi, car rated for 31 psi at the door panel. Ride comfort improved significantly but some bumps and potholes still felt too hard.

Conti CC6 eat bumps for breakfast lunch and dinner. Superb.
