Invest in AFL Green Global Limited

HI guys, I am a total newbie in investment and buying share and therefore I really need you guys advice.

Recently I just get in touch by friend about buying the share from private company called "AFL Green Global Limited".
and told me that it is part of the Hong Kong Company, AFL Logistics and soon in December it will be IPO.

So he suggests me invest now with the lowest amount of RM4400 as the lowest can be invested is 1k USD.

The problem now is I only manage to find the AFL Logistic company info but not any info about this AFL Green Global Limited company.
The worst is I even found that there is another company name "AFL Logistics Sdn Bhd" which sound more close compare with AFL Green Global Limited.

Because of no info about this company, I can't even know the news of it get IPO in December will be true or not.

Therefore may I know is there anyone know about this company and do you guys think I should invest in?

Also any of the info or advice is really appreciated.

Changing the 2Yrs Contract to 1Yr

HI Guys, I need you guys to give me some advice on how I can solve this problem.

Recently I join a small company as electronic engineer but before joining, the contract of work is under Big company and my manager told me I will be worked under big company as the small company will soon join venture with big company.

Through that, I thought it won't be a big issue as I still belongs to small company instead of big company and have signed the contract under big company name which will bind me for 2 years, 1 year of graduate trainee and another year of permanent engineer.

Therefore, I wish to know that is there any possibility that I renegotiate with company for 1 year of working contract?

and what compensation I might get if I break the contract?

Hope you guys can share me some of your similar experience or some advice.

Hi guys, I lost my laptop bottom casing. I wish to look for one who has it.
laptop Model: NEC VERSA P7200
Casing part: Bottom cover

Please reply me if you have one or anyone who know how to make a custome-make casing.
