[WTAsk] I got fake benefit from a seller!

Sorry i didn't know where to post this thread, so since i bought the product here so i try to post it here.

I bought this benefit sample size products (2 that gal, 1 benetint, 1 high beam) from a seller in "stuff for the ladies" (now i still won't disclose who is the seller, because i want to wait till i have more proofs and i don't want people to say that i simply accuse people and damage people's business). I get the products today and straightly i suspect they are fake. I am benefit fan and i have already been using its items, i bought my previous from benefit sephora, guaranteed authentic, so after i compare them with the seller's products, they are fake. That gal, the texture, fake item is more liquid, when i open the seal, the liquid spread out and mess the package, my authentic that gal has more concentrated texture, it won't smear if we don't rub it. And the colour is definitely not the same, authentic that gal is pinkish, fake is brownish red. And the smell is also a key difference. Authentic that gal has a strong peach smell (it is famous for its smell), fake item has no smell at all.

And i have compared the package, fake item is around 0.5cm higher than mine, the upper white line is wider than mine. The front, the yellow colour background shoud reach the second word line 'base de teint', fake one only reach 1st word line "brightening face primer", fake green colour for the bush is different green from the original. When we turn the package, we can see the drawing of the building is different.

I want a refund but the seller claims that her products are authentic. She says "My one is Guaranteed AUTHENTIC! Please do not accused me. You may take it to Benefit Counter at Pavillion as i got all this from Pavillion during my last purchase with more than RM 500. Kindly provide me the black & white prove from Benefit itself. I will NEVER use fake things alright?? All of my customer purchase benefit from me have no issue about its authenticity. If you couldn't prove it is fake and still accused me i might take legal action girl."

So i will try to go to any of benefit counter to proof that if these items are authentic. But now i am afraid that the seller will accuse me that "i sent you authentic products and you want to cheat me with your fake products bought somewhere else. How i know the products you take to the benefit counter are the ones that i sent to you?"
