I want to know any1 encounter this investment?

the return is somewhat High , they can predict when they can earn back their capital (3-6months)

eg. Invest USD 20k, after 3-6 months, get 40k, they will advice you to take back the 20k and reinvest the balance 20k back to the Reits + they will give 18% dividend / interest per year, like FD but higher depends on investment

If invest USD 900k = 60% dividend per year

they will always split the share and dilute the share price for easier entry for new investor and existing investor

Seeking advice is this investment genuine or another ponzi scheme
