I'm sorry that I create this thread here about one of the Lowyat.net user: g r a p e k e y

I have a case with her on this January 2013. To simplified the story, she have ordered 2 boxes of mixed ampoules with me on 26 Jan 2013 with products ordered below:

Sensual ampoules - 2x hydrating, 2x purifying, 2x beauty shine, 1x collagen, 3x oxygenating
Beauty Cottage ampoules - 3x hydro, 1x tea tree, 2x aloe vera, 1x Q10, 2x multi vitamin, 1x trace element

She is worry that my product will expired on this year so I have confirmed her that my stocks are all expired on 2014 onward (some on 2015 and 2016). I have use 1 old Sensual box and 1 eyelashes box to send her the ampoules to ensure that the ampoules won't break when reach her. She mistaken that I have send her expired ampoules and emotionally she posted this on all my threads and also created a thread in dispute corner to ask everyone BEWARE OF ME. I have proven to her with a picture that all the ampoules I sent her is not expired this year (picture has been deleted by MOD along with all the post replies). When I find out that she seems like not willing to settle the case with me, I have opened a thread at the same corner to ask for help from MOD. Then she had pm me personally to ask for a deal. She requested me to refund her RM 25 and she will keep the product but right after I refunded her RM 25 she still not satidfied with the deal that she requested for (I still have her pm conversation record with me).

I kept pm to few MOD to ask for help at last case has been settled and closed by Apis_LuaLua on 1st February 2013.

I am so curious that since the case is closed and the dispute thread I created to ask for help also closed by MOD but yet the thread created by g r a p e k e y still active and she still able to bump the thread whenever she wish.

On 1st June 2013, she posted this on two of my selling thread again:

By then I replied in the same threads to look for this cleansing oil buyer that she mentioned:

I have been waited since yesterday (2 June 2013) to look for this cleansing oil buyer that she mentioned. I even post on my FB Page to look for this cleansing oil buyer too. Until now I didn't receive any pm or text from this cleansing oil buyer.
IF this is a real case, I hope the cleansing oil buyer will look for me to settle this case instead looking for others as I really didn't receive any complain about this before and now.
IF this is a fake case created by g r a p e k e y, I hope to get g r a p e k e y apologize on this very soon in this forum.

Dear moderator,

I'm facing a difficulty between this buyer "g r a p e k e y".

She is trying to dirty my name around the forum and posting all the post in all my threads to say that i am a cheater before she make thing clear.

She bought ampoules from me few days ago and I promised to send her all the ampoules not soon expired on this 2013. All ampoules i have send her is expired on the 2014, most early is March 2014 but i use to keep old ampoules boxes and eyelashes boxes for me to send the ampoules easier n avoid damage when reach buyer. She mistaken me that I send her all soon expired ampoules but the fact is the box is an old box. I have proof her the ampoules is expired on 2014 but she didn't listen.

Secondly, she said that I simply send her no brand ampoules. The ampoules I send her is the 2 brand that i am selling Sensual and Beauty Cottage only. Is just that Beauty Cottage has 2 different packaging of bottle. She insist that im not honest and cheat her. She did asked me do she have to finish the bottle of ampoules once opened. I replied no need, once opened the ampoules can use for 3 days. She never said that the concern is the bottle cap and the packaging. Frankly, I sell the same things to others buyers too and they have no problem with it at all. This is the first time i met this kind of buyer online.

She have dirty up all my thread even my brushes thread and my wedding threads that are not related too. She even create a thread here in dispute:

I have offered her 2 solutions:
i- replace back all the cap bottle ampoules to her and she don't need to pay extra for the ampoules and poslaju fee and no need to send me back the breaking bottle ampoules to me as well.
ii- refund her included the poslaju fee that she send back to me once i got the goods return me in good condition.

Now she is trying to make thing worst. Im asking for her Maybank account to refund, she said she have no Maybank account and want me to bear the bank charge if I refund her the money from my Maybank to her Public Bank.

I have no idea why did she did all this because of a small misunderstanding between the deal. The entire public conversation is in this thread:
