Mistake Of Berjaya Group in The Past History?

Any idea of the mistakes that the Berjaya Corporation Berhad ever made from the past years?? I keep find it online but can't find it at all... But i can know that the group have fail to distribute money to the shareholder some years. For example year 1999 to 2004 and 2006. But is there a obvious mistake that the group have made that you know?? ^^ can share it?? Thanks~
