Car Porch Tiling

Hi guys,

I was quoted the following:
1) RM8 per square feet for car porch tiling
2) To filled the land area with concrete base - RM 300
3) To conceal drainage with cement - RM400

Does item 2 and 3 sounds reasonable because I though RM8/sq ft is inclusive of conceal drainage and land area?

How much is your car porch tiling cost per square feet??

Hi guys, I plan to extend my wall electrical outlet in the kitchen area, is it safe to extend it from existing electrical outlet or I should ask the electrician to extend it from the main switch box?

Stainless steel kitchen door

Hi guys, I need advise on the installation of stainless steel kitchen door.

I'm taking down my existing metal door and metal frame windows and replacing them with stainless steel door & aluminium frame sliding windows.
Should I purchase ready made door then ask my contractor to start the work or should I ask my contractor to start the tear down, leave the space for the door and based on the measurement I order a custom made door?

Hi guys, I've been wanting to decorate my new home with photo canvas. I managed to find some photo canvas deals with price as follow:

11" X 14" : RM100
12" X 18" : RM126
16" X 20" : RM151
18" X 24" : RM210
20" X 30" : RM270

Is this price reasonable? I was told that 20% will be given if I purchase more than 5 pieces.

Hi guys, I'm looking for bathroom basin. There are so many brands in the market, price ranging from few hundreds to thousand.
My question is, what is the differences between the cheap one and the expensive one? Is there a grading system for the ceramics? I've seen some china made basin only costs around 200, is it safe to buy?

I just got my new house key and it's located at Setia Indah, JB. I'm looking for reliable contractor with good workmanship.

Renovation works that needed to be done are:
- Car porch tiling
- Auto-gate installation
- Door/window grill installation
- Kitchen cabinet

Any recommendation? I'll post the progress of the renovation work once the work is started.
