Bathroom extension in condo

Hi I need some advice about extending my bathroom. I recently purchased a condo unit, the bathroom is a bit too small to my liking, with approx 10x5ft existing size. I am willing to sacrifice my bedroom space a bit and make the bathroom bigger. But some walls need to be hacked in order to do that.

My question is, is it possible? Need mbpj's approval or not? If yes, what are the consequences if I don't go thru them?

And then of course wanna find out about costing also if got any contractor reading my post. Thanks!

Item(s) conditions: printer is faulty, toner only used to print about 6 pages of test page

Reason for sale: bought the toner yesterday, installed and could not print. Sent to Samsung service center today, they said my printer's mainboard died and will cost about RM200+ to repair, but the toner is fine. I have no use of the toner and of course the broken printer, so selling them off.

Anybody selling a unit in this area? I am looking for a place for own stay and occasional visits from my mother.
My preferences are as below...

Where? : Preferably Perdana View, MSQ or 1 bedroom unit in Ritze Perdana 1. Or other places nearby greenery/mountain but still within city area. Puncak Damansara maybe? But NO empire damansara and Ritze 2 please.

When? : Need to move in before February 2014

Budget : Around 400k, no more than 500k

Furniture : Prefer semi-furnished (basics like aircond, lights and ceiling fans) or unfurnished
