Online Game problem. Network Expert Needed!

Hi ,
i was playing an online game "Blade and Soul" for 4 year and since Nov 2019, i sudden have problem playing the game.

this is the game website https://www.bladeandsoul.com/en/ , and you need the game launcher to log in and play the game , Launcher download page : https://www.bladeandsoul.com/en/download/

my problem is when i launch the launcher program, it give me this error "Launcher Failed to read content data from the update server."

so i make a ticket to the game support and they ask me to use some software to ping the game server ip and turn out i have "problem" connect to game server. and game server didn't "Block" any IP range from Telekom Malaysia.

so i make a report to streamyx support, and they ask me send them the result of PingPlotter to the server. and i did. over a month now and they still cant' fix the problem.

If i use my PC wifi connect to my mobile phone data (i am using Redone) Everything is fine , no more problem.

so here is some PingPlotter result and i hope any network expert can help me understand which part is the problem, because "Second Level Technical Team" at Telekom Malaysia cleary incapable of fixing this problem.

when i get 175.xx.xx.xx IP address.

you can see it's 100% Packet loss when ping to game server "icmp.us.ncwest.com" and "64.25.35.23" , but have no problem connect to 64.25.44.10"

i no know what is 64.25.35.23 and "64.25.44.10" for , but when i check with Comodo firewall program, i can see the Launcher is trying to connect to this IP address.

when i get 60.xx.xx.xx IP address.

now i have no problem ping to Game server and 64.25.35.23 and 64.25.44.10 , but 100% packet loss to Game log in server 64.25.35.63. and the launcher still show the same error.

Telekom had send someone come to my house to check the modem and connection and find no problem at my site. untill now they still can't fix the problem.

so any network expert know what is the problem ? haha.

just want to ask did streamyx did something on they SMTP server or what.. Hotmail user can't receive my email send from sttreamyx smtp. but the same email that i also send to other Gmail account can get it..

i am so confuse now... what happen? or did i set something wrong?
ok , here is my email setting in outlook 2007.

pop.streamyx.com
smtp.streamyx.com
outgoing server SMTP requires authentication ( use same settings as my incoming mail server)

incoming server (POP) port : 110
outgoion server (SMTP) port : 25

username : myusername@streamyx.com
password: xxxxxxxxxxx

and i also try on other pc with my other friends streamyx account on outlook 2007. and same problem.
send a email to Hotmail, Gmail and streamyx (the sender own email) , all get the email except hotmail account didn't get it.. why??

any streamyx user can help? thanks..

i'm planing to get the Samsung Galaxy S, but i don't want to sign up any packages with maxis or Digi... just use pre-paid ... because i don't want to pay alot on the internet access fee because i didn't need it.. it that ok?? beside .. i still can use the wifi in my house to access internet...

Dead pixel on ipod video!

Hi..

ok, here is the story:
i brought my ipod video 80g (serial: 8K7013XXXXX)from someone in this forum on Feb 2007. after 4 month of use, i discover some "white dot" on the screen. (no sure when it happen because i didn't check very details when i get this unit, maybe the white dot already there when i get it?) and the white dot only can "see" under "black" background. around 4 dot.(1 "big star" and 3 "small star" ) and i no know what to do .. so just leave it ...
last month, i call the apple help line and they told me to send the unit to VR Technology for warranty, and i send it to VR on 11sept, and get a new unit(Serial:2Z7341XXXXX) back on 20sept.
when i went home and put some picture into this new ipod, this new ipod worse than the old one! got alot of "8 small star" and 1 "big star" so i send it back to VR on 24sep, then i get a new unit (serial:9E7360XXXXX)on 26sept. Unfortunately, this unit also had the same problem! 1 "big star" on the screen!

so. now i very tire and disappointed.
what can i do now?? keep changing? my house to KL around 60km! what wrong with apple? all the QC people dead?

my 5 month old ipod video 80g got 2 dead pixel on the screen. ( 2 white dot)
ok, i know i can send it to the service center (still under warranty), but i just want to know how many people out there had the same problem. and what will apple do with this type of problem, replace a new one or just send for repair , if send for repair, how long will it take?

Hi..
i need the wireless Lan driver for Compaq presario V3218TU. (for windows XP) but i can't find it at www.Hp.com.my , and i also got a "unknow device" under device manager, no know what is it.. the driver i already install are:

1. chipset & 945G graphic driver
2. card reader
3. sound driver
4. modem and Lan driver.
5. Synaptics Touchpad

and i really no idea what is the "unknow device"... bluetooth maybe?

because my friends ask me to help him reinstall the windows.. so now i can't get the wireless Lan work , after try the broadcom 802.11 b/g driver , now i got a yellow "!" on the Broadcom 802.11 b/g WLAN.(under device manager)..

where can i get the correct driver for this ?
and why compaq didn't put the driver on their website?

i can't access some website like : http://www.no-ip.com , http://www.mininova.org/
but no problem in my office (with ip 60.49.xxx.xxx) , is it a problem with the ip 124.82.xxx.xxx? or just because the earthquake? or just me?
also can't access to TMnet news server! (news.tm.net.my). any user with ip range 124.82.XX.XX had this problem?

and the emule and BT speed is very slow...
but if chinese website is very fast!!

after my modem auto disconect just now, then i get this ip add :124.82.3.72, and i never get the ip start with 124.82 before ... always get 60.48... or 60.50...
is it the new ip add from TMnet?
