Overclocking sapphire 6870 HELP

Using Sapphire AMD HD 6870 1gb

Hi folks. This is my 1st time OCing my gpu and I was wondering if anyone can guide me to a safe overclocking. I have already overclocked my gpu(refer attachment) but noticed that my gpu load temps were at 84 at max. Is it safe for a gpu temperature? Can I get a better performance gain with other config?? With my current OC it seems stable when I run furmark for about 15minutes. I didnt run any longer coz my fingers were itching to write at this forum. Hehehe. Im using trixx utility by the way.

Graphic card dilemma again.....

Hi. I'm planning to upgrade my HD 6870 to a more powerful GPU. At first I've plan to crossfire but found out that my mobo only allow 4x on the 2nd GPU. BummeR! So I plan to sell my 1 week old GPU and upgrade to a more powerful single solution. I'm really interested with the NVIDIA GTX570. MY current PSU is a 750w modular PSU. So power is not an issue. My CPU is an intel i5 2500k. Plan to OC later after getting a good 3rd party cooler. So back to the topic.. is the 570 is really a good upgrade or should i get the 6950? N also what brand should i buy?

CPU cooler HELP

Hi guys! I just bought and build a rig and now planned to upgrade my CPU cooler for overclocking. My rig is:-

Asus p8p67 b3
Intel i5 2500k
Corsair vengeance 8gb dual channel high profile (using 2nd and 4th slot)
Liteon DVD drive
1 tb HDD Western digital
Sapphire HD 6870
Enermax 750w modular PSU
Cooler Master Storm Enforcer (Max high for cooler 175mm) <-- if not mistaken

Its a pretty decent rig but I want to push the CPU a bit more say 4 - 4.5 ghz. Well here's the problem:-

1) price range RM300 below. ( lower is nicer )

2) cooler size may interfere with RAM slot ( willing to sacrifice the 1st slot, hopefully no need. )

3) is liquid cooling better and is there any within my budget?

Ive heard about coolers like cooler master hyper 212+, thermalright archon, arctic cooling n stuff but have no idea which one is better. Can someone recommend me a good CPU cooler? It doesnt have to be any of those that I've mentioned.
