Using two Hypptv STB

Hi, my brother recently terminate his Unifi account, so i got an extra STB lying around. My intention is to use two STB simultaneously, one in the living room and one in my room. I've already configured the Dlink router port 3 the same as port 4 and tested it with my own STB and it works.
But my problem now is when is switch on my brother's STB it asked for login ID and password. I've keyed in mine still cannot? Is there any way to reset the STB?

Can anybody care to explain more on this please... what i know is that all the buying and selling price will not be used anymore, only one price will be used.

Question is if we bought before the use of SPR then how do we determine weather we're making profit or not?

How to calculate the total amount of loan that we have paid to banks with interest?
Some banks offer fixed rate, some balance reducing, which one is better and how do they calculate the interest, yearly/monthly/daily?
