            <description>Hello all, I&amp;#39;m new Lowyat kaki &lt;!--emo&amp;:D--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; , appreciated for yours support. Can anyone have look at my new house renovation price is that reasonable???this is quote by one of the local small ID &amp;amp; build company, at this stage the work was 90% completed(wet work only without interior yet). my house located at JB is semi-d link type or some people call as cluster house. Just a minor renovation work, the most major was extend kitchen area as wet kitchen and build study corner at 2nd floor(on top of extended wet kitchen area) the rest is just concreted slab outside of wet kitchen with balcony at 2nd floor, plaster ceiling for living room and kitchen area, several&amp;#39;s power point and lighting point looping, and little bit here and little bit there. my quotation as below:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Extended wet kitchen area 10f x 5.5f 2 story concrete slab(2nd floor build for study corner), included plywood door for wet kitchen/aluminum glass door for study corner and windows = RM10000&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Concrete slab 12f x 10xf(2nd floor as balcony) = RM8400&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BRC cement render for extend area 12f x 10f and 21f x 9f(side of house) = RM3600&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Plaster ceiling(light box type) 21f x 13f(living) and flat flash type 13f x 10f(dry kitchen) = RM2450&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hack existing dry kitchen wall and install 5f x 4f template glass = RM1500&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wet kitchen concrete table top with 600x600 tiles included bottom laminated door 10f = RM2600&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Obviously few hundred here and few hundred there, the total cost was RM30k++(wet work only not include paint and tiles)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Appreciated your advise &lt;!--emo&amp;:peace:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/icon_rolleyes.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='icon_rolleyes.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>
