Suggest me a Condo

Looking for a strategic spot, preferably easy access to both Sunway Mentari and KL

So im working in Sunway Mentari and ocassionally travel to KL to visit friends and family

My budget is 1.5k-2k , since only 2 people is staying, preferably just 1 room or 2 room max is enough, and 1 carpark.

Some places ive been eyeing
1) Citizen OKR
2) D Sands OKR
3) Skypod Puchong(i know its far from KL, but i have some friends in puchong as well)

Yet to find an ideal place.. citizen seems ok but maybe crowded and the road infront seems always jam of traffic

D sands i have no idea… seems like the condo is placed in a weird spot

Surrounding of skypod seems ok, easy ammenities, yet to view any unit yet

Please give me suggestions

Civic fb vs kia cerato 2014

I deduced car down to civic fb 2014/2015 and kia cerato which civic fb is slightly more expensive

I do mostly city and highway driving and go interstate once in awhile

Which car is better built and more worth to buy? I am concern abt fc looking at least 12km/l to be comfortable

Which one is cheaper to take care and easy to maintain? Also looking at highway stability because use highway alot

Civic seems goods but heard cerato was good too
Fd is too old n fc doesnt suit my taste, and i dont want spend too much on cars.. i prefer spend money on other things

Any opinions

Mazda 3 and mazda 6 2.0

I found mazda 3 2.0 2015
And mazda 6 2.0 2014
They’re both around the same price and i budgeted myself some money to replace wear and tear part

But may i ask mazda owners the cost of maintenance and replacing mazda 6 2.0 parts is it significantly higher than
Mazda 3?
Or wont be too much difference

Golf mk8 aisin 8 speed

New ckd golf mk8 malaysia going to have 8 speed aisin transmission with 1.4 tsi engine (148hp 0-100 8.2s)

It is going to start at rm140k ,priced almost same as civic turbo, 0.6 seconds faster than a civic 1.5tc in 0-100
While having a 8 speed auto instead of crappy dsg or CVT rubberband

What do u think ? Will it be in your wanted list ? 🤪

I know both are different segment cars but i cant wrap around my head on these 2

Recently fd suddenly attract me even though fc looks better

But which one more bang for buck ?

Both also driving fun ? Just one is smaller one is bigger
Acceleration time both actually roughly the same
Handling me dont know, maybe mazda 2 better?

In this age and time still got people buy fd? I scare i regret 😂

how u guys think about this car, compare to inspira mt which one is more fun?
inspira is heavier and a sedan but actually has a higher power weight ratio than 94hp 1125kg fiesta 1.4 lx

if u wanna drive a manual tms car which one would u get?

Thinking about getting manual car for daily use

Among personal and inspira M, which one woud be better option or got any better car to recommend?

Try to budget below 50k

Doesnt have to be racecar or 20000hp, have enough pickup and can manage highway well is fine

I heard inspira has a slightly bad reputation for manual transmission? Which one has a smoother gear shift and less problematic gearbox kindly let me know

I understand about driving manual in traffic issues, so please don talk about that or ask me get auto in this thread

I really think lock up experience really shifts or change your perspective, and some people who came out normally become better human, as u realize what real rock bottom is

I've never been to jail, i only been locked up for 4 days, but for me that is ENOUGH, and one of my mate told me some lock-ups are worse than being jailed, i had friends that did 1 week to 1 month for more serious case (which i will not share what case)

Even the first night i went in, the moment i step in already feel lose all my freedom, lose all hope.

First night was so hard to sleep, my brain keep repeating the events happen to me for past few years....the action i made , the people i met n seriously the brain on playback mode for up to many many years of your life! It keep spinning until morning and i cant sleep. The feeling is like pure rock bottom, thinking maybe my case will sent me to jail or not, or how long will i stay here, so many questions

I had a chinese cell mate inside who shares his case with me, for him it is worse, might need to wait 2 weeks and possibility to be jailed for years (he also worry about family enough money to settle or not), told me how much he earned n life he lived, n how police stormed his hse n confiscate everything , and thinking about who ratted him out, we both share our story

Everyday just sleep and think about life and all the regrets, get fed biscuit in the morning, small pack rice with small fish/chicken n tasteless sauce for lunch n dinner, if you had money and connection can get mcd or kfc or some tapau meal for ( u know it ) RM200-400 per meal(he use police phone to do the transaction) then get 1 cigarette, which my mate ordered and 2 of us shared that dunhill ciggy inside (hiding behind the toilet wall take turn n smoke), really feel like criminal life

4 day past like 4 months, during 4th day had to say goodbye to my mate and go court

And YOU KNOW WHAT, before my turn attending court and got waiting area beside the court, big open space with open toilet, people dealing ICE and SMOKING in front of me, i was sitting in the corner and witnessed this, some even dealt cigarettes, the place was packed with all race and they had people blocking and pretending to use toilet while smoking ice, i was like WTF i cant believe this shit LOL, really all type of people got inside

After being bailed, it felt like a new world, even a milo ais bring so much enjoyment, at that point i realize so much small or normal thing we really take for granted in life, inside if u get milo is like a gem, now can enjoy back milo also appreciate every drop

I know some people come out really shift perspective, really can relate to them many thing

And lastly, if u feel like u at rock bottom in life, remember u not really at rock bottom yet, u still have many freedom to change your circumstances, try something because u still can, because once u chose wrong path and gg jailed or caught, u really will realize that time only u have truly fallen

Hi sifus, any suggestion for upgrading bezza's handling + stability during highway ?

Prefer to not feel like shaking or sampan feeling when driving highway speed, and also not feel like car gonna flip then cornering

Lower car body? Change suspension ? Change tyre? Need some suggestion and advice

If Myvi GT really come to malaysia, what do u think about the specs and the price will be? Come with turbo?

I think the hps wont be more than 200 and priced lower than 150k perhaps?

It would be a dream for ah bengs , king car with GTi version...one leg turbo into your heart instead
