Marshmallow update spoilt my file !

Hello guys , need help here.

The problem would be after updating to marshmallow . All of the files was all right but only one file was unable to open. I have tried using PC to transfer the file but it was unable to copy/cut . Tried opening the photos on the computer but it can't be opened. It said that " Windows Photo Viewer can't open this picture because either Photo Viewer doesn't support this file format, or you don't have the latest updates to Photo Viewer." The photo folder has turned into some weird document that can be opened. The photo folder is very important to me and i must retain back the photos.

After researching about camera phones , i really dont know which one to pick. What i have in mind is sony xperia m5 but still confuse. My budget is around <1800

Xiaomi 4 ? 5? Should i wait? I Dont know hows the camera quality but i trust xiaomi
Sony ? I research that Sony xperia m5 camera quality is good ! Same goes to c5 dual ultra but both a lot of bug
Huawei Honor 7 also quite nice , the specs seems better than
Samsung s6 ? I heard some said the camera is good but i havent research about it.
Oppo find 7? Heard some of forum members said is good

I live in kepong. I plan to find a job in one utama. I went to their website regarding to the parking rate.
I dont understand, damn blur.

Few questions..
Normally you all work , around how much parking fee per day? As in total 9 hours ( additional 1 hour to early prepare and back )

Eat what at there? Got any affordable food recommended ah?

Will the jam from kepong -> OU and OU -> kepong scary?

What is one card? Why got one card , the parking rate will cheaper ?

What is dataran parking?
I saw mon-fri
With one card = rm 2 / day
No one card = rm 4 / day
I really plan to get the ONE card if parking rates are this cheap sia.

I've been smoking about 2 - 3 years. Recently i smoke , i feel weak and so relaxed. What has happen? Anyone feel like this before?
Last time mostly smoke just due to chilling with friends or after meal/before meal.
