Car Guarantor for company SDN BHD

My father had pass away last year, today just received a letter from bank saying that there are a car pending for monthly installment payment, the car is registered under a company, my father is a guarantor.

So question, my father had pass away, if the company never pay the car Loan will it affect me and my mother?

2nd question, If my father have share in that company and the company never pay the car loan will it affect us?

As my understanding my father is the guarantor, so me and my mother should not be affected right?

Please help...

I saw my DVD player have a VGA output, wondering if i could use LED monitor to connect the DVD player to watch movie?
Anyone had try before? i know i need to have a speaker to connect the DVD player as well for the sound.

Because TV is more expensive than a LED monitor. If LED monitor can use as a TV to see DVD then will buy a LED monitor.

Hi, i wonder is there any website that can download more add-on effect (video transition effect, video effect, text effect, picture effect, etc) for Premiere Pro CS5.

I'm using Premiere Pro almost one year only, before that i use Ulead Video studio 11, feel that premiere pro has not much effect exspecialy video effect & video transition effect. they hav add-on software for adding effect, but i feel that dont wan to install too many software as i am using Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effect, Media Encoder, feel that is too much.

Hope that u hav good website on effects for premiere pro to share with me..thanks!
