Item(s) conditions: I will be honest. The car been through rough times so I'll explain the bad first. Engine a bit noisy and there are signs of oils outside engine (probably leaking? but checked oil level still ok). When driving sometimes will be a slight jerk and car momentarily lost rpm. Brakes sometimes emit noise (mech said need to grind disc brake). The whole car need new painting. Trunk wood spoiled due to water. Alarm no longer works plus centralized locking has been disabled (due to alarm taken off, i lost both remote actually). Driver side key from outside can just lock, cannot unlock (I lost the key once and called a keymaster, he tried opening for 2 hours but cannot, so jammed the lock), passenger side lock can still be used but probably both need to be changed. Front headlights foggy. A couple of dents but not that noticeable. Interior need some cleaning especially front leather seats (torn just a bit) and dashboard probably need minor repainting due to left under hot sun. Wiper need replacement.

Aircon is good, although engine noisy but still gets me from home to work daily and back hometown (around 200km+ journey one way) once every month or two months. Car is tinted but yes it does look a bit old.

Oh please please I need someone who lives near PJ / Midvalley / Amcorp mall to help me.
I lost my gadget it went into the lake @ Taman Asia Jaya just beside Amcorp mall.
The gadget fell a few meters just from the shore.. the shore looks accessible (not gated) but I can't swim and too scared to go in.
I have told the workers there to help but no one cares nor wanted to.

Am willing to pay some money to those that can help.
I have my memory card drowned together and that is the most important thing I hope can recover back. It has been 3 days the thing drowned.

Water slowly rise from tiptoe shore up to chest height.. I think only because i measured with a stick but it may vary as well.
If you want me to bring a rope or something or even those kiddy er pelampung.. oso can.
I just hope someone would rescue my gadget.

I mistakenly transferred a LARGE amount of money into my other credit card account in another bank (INTERBANK transfer) when I should've transferred it to the same bank credit card instead

I called the bank and here's what happen

1st CSR
After stating all my problems
"Oh that's bad sir, however I only handle for lost credit card, let me transfer you to the main menu so you push 4 and 7 ok, 4 and 7 sir.."
I said ok

Then press 4, 7...
2nd CSR
After mentioning all my problems
"I wish I can help you sir but this is not something that's handled by myself, so I'll transfer you over to another department so they can help, ok sir?"
I was like.. ok...
then when I hear the hold music.. I cursed them...

3rd CSR
After re-itering my problem for the third time
"Sorry sir, you can't have your money back, it's already left the bank. You have to call your credit card company instead"
I was like "What? But it's an interbank transfer. If I call them now, they wouldn't be able to see it yet because the funds will only be in on Monday!"
And the CSR "Sorry but I can't help you with this issue"
Me was like "Ok, if you can't help ok, call your manager, maybe he can help"

Then while waiting I was like.. wtf.. no mood already then hang up..

Go into online banking again, paid almost the same LARGE amount to my credit card which I'm supposed to pay...

I got some friends.. who said they are my friend, said they are helping me.. but are they really helping?

Friend 1:
I broke with my girlfriend in a not so nice way.. I was really upset because of it. So after a few days I went missing for a while. Then I see my friend. He said "bro, look.. you don't have to worry about your ex-girlfriend anymore. I thought her a lesson already.. she's rotten" this guy said.. I was like "what happened?" And my friend goes "I took her out, she gave me a blow|ob, and when I send her back I told her that she's rubbish. No need for the thanks bro" and I was like.. WTF?

There was this girl who I so long wanted to date with. At last one fine day I got her to go out with me and one of my friend to a waterfall, which my friend knows that I liked her so much. Once arrived there she went over to change her cloth, my friend went too.. I was waiting and wait for like it was too long, so I went and searched for them.. found out that the two was making love at a hidden spot in front of my own eye. I was so pissed off.. On the way back, my friend know something was wrong with me so he said "sorry bro, I told her that you liked her but she won't listen.. see, you can still try and court her, I don't mind" WTF?

Friends.. I have issues..

My brother is very hot tempered.. he is unfortunately not successful and only work a 3 figure salary.

I on the other hand have a nice job, a nice car, and nice place renting.. (while he still stays with my mum...)

The issue is everywhen I go back home to visit mum, he always makes excuse to BORROW my car..

When I make excuse not to let him borrow it (eg. Said sorry I'm going out soon) he will still insists to use my car.. so it's actually not borrowing for FORCING me to hand it over to him.

Not that I'm cheapskate or what, but what if he run into an accident, confirm no money to PAY for the damage. And it irritates me that he rammed the car like a 4x4 very inconsiderate (but with friends he is SoOOOOo considerate pulak!)

What should I do? Should next time I just say NO when he wants to borrow it?

Scared he beat me out, he is very hot tempered, even hit his elder brother before... although I am not that scared to fight, but i don't want to come office with bruises on my eye and face... tak hensem lar!!

Well I DO have friends, but recently (couple of months) I've started to work at a new place, in weird shifts (evening till mornin) so I can't see my usual friends and kept drifting further away from them...

Should company responsible to provide training?

I am posting this on behalf of a friend as I don't have any HR knowledge to help.

She have just been employed by a company as an executive and been told by her boss that they will provide training for her to perform her role.

It's been 2 weeks however there have been too little training given to her. Some day she just spend time sitting, doing nothing but browsing the net on her cubicle. No work have been passed over to her as well.

This concerned her a bit, whether to ASK for more training from her management or WAIT for one. She is under the impression that it is not her responsibility but the company to give her training on the job. She want to keep quiet about it and enkoy the boredom until a proper training is given to her.

Is this right? Or does it fall back to the employee to repetitively ask for training from her management just because everyone else is super busy doing their work and ignored her?

I own a Sapphire HD4650 and can't get good framerate on latest games...

eg. I tested Fallout 3 with high settings (no AF/AL) but framerate appear to be very bad when i set resolution higher than 800 x 600.

I played Bully scholarship edition and framerate not so good either if i set higher than 800 x 600 (all in game settings high).

I thought this card can perform better than that ? Read some reviews on the net and saw some games got good framerate even when set at 1280 x 800 settings with all ingame set high. However, they tested this with an i7 rig with 6GB RAM

Could it be my machine is slow hence i can't get squeeze the whole juice out?

AMD X2 5200 (2.7Ghz)
2GB DDR2 800Mhz RAM
160GB P-ATA HDD

Running on vista ultimate.

I had this once before when i bought a Raddy 9550XT (AGP) and run on my AMD Barton 2600+ with 512mb RAM. Graphic was sluggish until i upgraded RAM to 1GB+512MB then it was improved and was able to run games at impressive framerate.

don't know if it's the same issue i have here (2gb not enough wor?)
