Hi sifus,
Newbie here. I'm using wifiway live cd with IPW2200 network card. It seems that my card can't do injection unless I apply some patches to it. Downloaded a file XXX.patch and as instruction given in the download page I'm suppose to bring up a console and type the following>> patch /usr/src/linux/drivers/net/wireless/ipw2200.c ipw2200-1.2.1-inject.patch.
But I receive error message stating> can't find file, no such file or directory...the error pop up something like that!! Anyway can someone out there give a helping hand to a newbie like me? Oh please give me step by step tutorial if someone willing to help and no pointing to sites please coz for the pass 3 days been reading a lot bout this patching thing but dont seem to get it right.
regards
