Pemeriksaan bersepadu telah dijalankan di Restoran Ameer Corner di Shah Alam pada jam 11.00 pagi berdasarkan atas maklumat yg tular di laman sosial (whatsapp) dan facebook ke atas premis yg pemiliknya bukan islam tetapi mengelirukan masyarakat islam dengan menggantung ayat-ayat al- quran.

Hasil pemeriksaan mendapati:
1)merujuk kpd SSM premis mendapati premis dimiliki oleh 2 pemilik iaitu seorang beragama Islam dan seorang beragama Hindu.
2)kesemua pekerja beragama Hindu termasuk tukang masak dan hanya 2 pekerja Islam.
3)kebersihan premis di tahap sangat tidak memuaskan dan terlalu kotor di bahagian pemprosesan.
4)bahan mentah, pingan mangkuk, bekas minuman, peralatan memasak diletakkan terus di atas lantai.
5)lantai berlubang dan pecah. Juga terdapat lubang terus ke longkang di bahagian dapur.
6) lantai terlalu berminyak dan tidak mempunyai gris trap.
7)kebanyakan peralatan di dapur terlalu kotor dan berdaki.

Muslim murdered as assailant warns others of that faith not to woo Hindu women.

A video of a Hindu man murdering a Muslim labourer — and warning other Muslims of a similar fate if they have relationships with Hindu women — has raised tensions in India’s northern state of Rajastan, leading to police calls for calm.

Rightwing Hindu groups portray such relationships as part of a ‘love jihad’, a conspiracy to alter India’s demographic balance and diminish the overwhelming Hindu majority.

The supreme court recently ordered the National Investigating Agency to look into the marriage of a 25-year-old medical student who converted from Hinduism to Islam and married a Muslim man despite parental objections.

The marriage was annulled by the Kerala High Court and the woman placed in the protective custody of her parents, a decision feminists said denied her the fundamental freedom to choose her faith and partner.

In the graphic video from Rajasthan, a man in a red shirt bludgeons a migrant from behind with an axe. The victim, identified as a labourer from West Bengal, is then doused with kerosene and set alight.

After the killing, which apparently took place this week, the assailant turns to the camera and declares he acted to protect his “Hindu sisters”, warning that other Muslims wooing Hindu women will meet a similar fate.

“If you spread love jihad in this country, this will be your fate,” the man says. “Stop love jihad. Jihadis get out of this country.”

O.P. Galhotra, Rajasthan’s police chief, said the man in the video had been arrested along with his nephew, who was believed to have filmed the killing.

Mr Galhotra said the state had set up a special team to investigate the circumstances of the killing and called for calm. Internet services in Rajasthan were said to have been suspended.

The video came to light as producers delayed the release one of the most anticipated Bollywood films of the year amid protests from Hindu groups. Padmavati, a period drama with a budget of $38.5m, was to have opened on December 1. The film depicting the life of a 13th-14th century Hindu queen sparked anger from religious groups who complained that it shows her romantically linked to the Muslim king Alauddin Khilji.

A number of high-profile hate crimes, including the murder of a Muslim dairy farmer at the hands of self-proclaimed “cow protectors”, have been carried out in Rajasthan, ruled by Narendra Modi’s Hindu nationalist Bharatiya Janata party.

The latest killing comes at a sensitive time for the prime minister’s party, which is trying to hold on to his home state of Gujarat, which it has governed for 22 years, in elections this weekend.

(NEW DELHI) — A member of India’s Hindu nationalist ruling party offered 100 million rupees ($1.5 million) to anyone who beheads the lead actress and the director of an unreleased Bollywood film “Padmavati” rumored to depict a relationship between a Hindu queen and a Muslim ruler.

Suraj Pal Amu, a Bharatiya Janata Party leader from the northern state of Haryana, offered the bounty against actress Deepika Padukone and filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali on Sunday. The film’s producers postponed the release of the film, which was set to be in theaters Dec. 1, and Amu was reported by local media to have said at a public rally that the film would not be allowed to be released at all.

“Padmavati” is based on a 16th century Sufi epic poem, “Padmavat,” in which a brave and beautiful Rajput queen chose to kill herself rather than be captured by the Muslim sultan of Delhi, Allaudin Khilji. Over centuries of its retelling, the epic has come to be seen as history, despite little evidence.

Padukone plays Padmini, the legendary queen who committed “jauhar,” the medieval Rajput practice in which female royals walked into funeral fires to embrace death over the dishonor of being taken captive.

“Padmavati” has been in trouble since the beginning of the year, with fringe groups in the western state of Rajasthan attacking the film’s set, threatening to burn down theaters that show it and even physically attacking Bhansali in January.

Most of the anger appears to stem from allegations that Bhansali filmed a romantic dream sequence between the protagonists, which Bhansali has denied.

Earlier this month, the head of the Rajput Karni Sena in Rajasthan said Padukone should have her nose cut — a symbol of public humiliation — for being part of a film that allegedly insulted the famed queen.

India’s 1.3 billion-strong democracy is the largest in the world and has made great economic strides, but its politics are held hostage by a complex mix of religion and caste. Books and movies have been banned or received threats of violence because they either offend one religious or caste group, or are deemed offensive to Indian culture in general.

Hollywood movies are routinely scrubbed of sex scenes, and India’s film censor board rejected “Fifty Shades of Grey.” ”The Da Vinci Code” was banned in Goa state, which has a large Christian population.

In 2014, the publishing house Penguin India pulled from shelves and destroyed all copies of American historian Wendy Doniger’s “The Hindus: An Alternative History” after a Hindu right-wing group protested, mainly because they said the book described Hindu mythological texts as fictional.

Salman Rushdie’s “The Satanic Verses” has been banned since 1998, since many Muslims consider it blasphemous. The Indian-born Rushdie was forced to cancel a 2012 appearance at the Jaipur Literary Festival amid protests and threats by prominent Muslim clerics.

Israeli authorities on Sunday charged an Israeli Christian father with murder for allegedly killing his teenage daughter because she was having a relationship with a Muslim man.

According to the charges, as reported in Israeli newspaper Haaretz, Sami Karra is accused of murdering his 17-year-old daughter Henriette after she left their home, in the central Israeli city of Ramle, because of the family's opposition to her romance with a Muslim.

She died June 13, after being found with stab wounds to her neck in the kitchen of the family home. She had reportedly left home two weeks before she died, after the family threatened her safety if she didn't end her relationship with the unnamed man.

The newspaper reported that the man is in an Israeli prison, serving time, and that Henriette, who attended a Jewish school, planned to convert to Islam for him.

Once she had left the family home, she hid in the house of her boyfriend's mother. Her family continued to use threats, this time against the mother, in a bid to make Henriette return home.

She also stayed at a friend's house. There, her parents and an uncle, paid her a visit. The police were called to the house at that time but took no action because Henriette did not want assistance, according to the report.

On June 11, two days before her death, police and social services in Israel intervened, holding a meeting with the parents and Henriette. It apparently had little impact. She wanted to live in her own apartment but ultimately had to return home, the indictment said.

The day she died, she told a relative that her boyfriend was due to be freed and that she would convert to Islam once he was. The relative then told the father, who reacted by murdering her in their home.

The father had a history of criminal convictions, including intimidation, but hadn't been involved in an incident since 2004.

In Israel, both Jewish and Arab communities find intra-religious relationships to be problematic, largely because of tensions over decades of conflict between Israelis and Palestinians.

PETALING JAYA: Ahli Parlimen DAP Jelutong menyalahkan status menghina kematian Mursyidul Am PAS, Datuk Dr Haron Din di Twitternya berpunca daripada perbuatan pihak lain menggodam laman media sosialnya semalam.
Jeff Ooi mendakwa kenyataan itu disunting pihak lain dan beliau hanya akan mengeluarkan kenyataan rasmi melalui Facebooknya.
“Saya tidak lihat ada isu mengenai kenyataan itu. Cuba pergi lihat di laman Twitter dan Facebook saya.
“Laman itu adalah kerja photoshop dia orang. Saya hanya akan memuat naik status menerusi laman Facebook rasmi saya,” katanya kepada FMT hari ini.
Semalam, status ‘Adios Harun Din. Let there be peace’ dimuat naik ke Twitter Ooi, sebelum diubah kepada ‘Received a personal call awhile ago. So…Farewell. Let there be peace’.

Susulan itu, Ketua Penerangan Dewan Pemuda PAS (DPPM), Ahmad Fadhli Shaari mendesak Ooi memohon maaf kepada ahli keluarga Haron dan menarik balik kenyataan biadap itu.
Beliau berkata, ini bukan kali pertama Ooi mengeluarkan kenyataan biadap, kerana beliau pernah menggelar kakitangan Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang (MBPP) sebagai kucing kurap, pada 2013, yang turut ditegur presiden partinya ketika itu, Karpal Singh pada Konvensyen DAP Pulau Pinang, tahun sama.
Haron meninggal dunia di Hospital Stanford University, San Francisco, Amerika Syarikat pada jam 10.10 pagi Jumaat (waktu Malaysia) akibat komplikasi jantung.

DAP's Ooi denies tweet on Haron Din's death

GEORGE TOWN: A DAP parliamentarian under fire from Pas and netizens over his alleged insult on the Islamist party's late spiritual leader Datuk Dr Haron Din, has denied making such comment. The outspoken Jelutong MP Jeff Ooi Chuan Aun shot down the allegation and blamed Barisan Nasional for causing the controversy. Ooi clarified that he did not write the alleged remarks - "Adios (Farewell in Spanish) Haron Din, Let there be peace," on his Twitter and Facebook postings and said the entire episode was fabricated. "It was not there (on social media) in the first place. "I am not a fan of Haron Din, politically speaking. "I have no intention to write an eulogy or to defame him, as well as to belittle him or his family," Ooi said. He added that the allegation was a political ploy to discredit him. Ooi also labelled a report from a local Malay daily on the alleged tweet as dubious. "The image used (by the daily) was from dubious source, with Photoshop manipulation. "I control my infomation flow through my Facebook and Twitter, which can be checked online," Ooi said. Earlier, Ooi had also traded barbs with a netizen whom had heckled him repeatedly on Facebook on after the alleged posting went viral. Haron passed away due to heart complications at Stanford University Hospital, the United States, on Saturday. He was 76.

PETALING JAYA: DAP’s Jelutong MP Jeff Ooi has maintained that he had full control over his Twitter and Facebook accounts.

He denied ever claiming his Twitter account had been hacked and that he had no part in the controversial “adios” tweet over the death of PAS spiritual leader Datuk Dr Haron Din.

“I have full control of my info flow through my FB and Twitter, which can be checked online. Other sources are not from me,” he said in a statement he released on Saturday.

In the same statement, he said that he had wished Dr Haron farewell and had no intention of belittling Dr Haron or his family.

On Friday, Ooi had made the remarks “Adios Harun Din. Let there be peace” in a retweet of another Twitterer’s comments.

The retweet then drew the ire of netizens.

At the request of the twitterer, Ooi later removed the twitterer’s comments from his original posting and posted another tweet, saying among others, "Received a personal call a while ago. So... Farewell. Let there be peace."

On Saturday, an online portal reported that Ooi had claimed his Twitter account had been hacked and that the offending tweet was someone else’s doing.

He denied making the claim.

“I am from the IT industry. I know my Twitter account was never hacked. I have full control. Period,” he told The Star Online later that day.

The PC I'm using at my company kept shutting down every time I switch it on. No problem with the booting, no problem launching WinXP. But after a few minutes, sometimes a few seconds after using the PC, suddenly it shut-off by itself. At first I thought it was because of the ram or any loose wiring. So I took out and re-assemble the mobo and when I turn it on, the problem seemed to be no longer there. But after an hour, a colleague of mine used it to surf the net, after a few minutes surfing, the PC suddenly went kaput again. Now I'm not so sure what's the reason for this.

Sigh~ btw the PC brand is Dell.

So sifus, gurus and senseis - can help me on this? Your utmost assistance is highly appreciated.
