Signs of breaking up?

Last week just quarreled with my gf and din't talk and message for one week.
Today just called her and she said she was busy and only talked less than 1 minit.
Suddenly message me mentioned she can't meet me already in fews week and months.
I keep on asking her and she told got problem with her family.
She asked whether can borrow 30k to her to settle her family problem but I said i dont have so much and she said nvm and no time to message me.
Is it signs of breaking up for this situation?
I message her now and she dint reply.
Feel so lost now.

PC strucks at welcome screen

Hi forumer,
When it enters safe mode is no problem but in normal one after i had keyed in the password the windows is not loading.
It stucks at the welcome screen.
Is it either my HDD or motherboard is going to die?
My HDD just bought 1 years ago but sometimes can heard some unusual noise so i am not sure whether it is coming from motherboard or HDD.
Last time i had changed a HDD also due to failure and my motherboard is around 6 years old.
Anyone can give advice?

This coming friday is public holiday?

Help! can it be replaced?

today when i took out my internal hard disk i use too much force on it and accidentally caused the end of the hard disk part broken where it connects the power and sata cable. Now i cannot connect those two cable as they are loose.
Can it be replaced?

Need Help! Cannot enter Windows

Yesterday when i was watching video on youtube my pc suddenly hanged and restarted by itself.
It showed blue screen before restarting and after restarted, my pc cannot enters Windows.
Safe mode also can't except bios.
It says Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt <Windows root>\system32\hal.dll
Please re-install a copy of the above file.
When i press any key it just restarts and keep on showing this message.
Any ways to install back the missing file?

my lcd starts to flicker when i play ro for more than half hour...i have to restart my pc everytime it flicker....i play other games like maple n dota don have tis problem...
