RHB Essential PrimeGuard. A new form of MLTA?

Hi all,

My friend apply housing loan from RHB bank. The banker said the loan rate is probably 4.45%, just pending LO.
My friend ask is it possible to get lower rate. So the banker say possible if buy MRTA/GCLTA or this Essential PrimeGuard plan.

The banker say this Essential PrimeGuard plan is pay 5 years of premium and it covers for 15 years. The premium is guarantee back with cash value after the mature date. The insurance coverage can be 500k and non-reducing.
Banker say will ask the Tokyo Marine to quote my friend for the yearly premium later.
From what the banker said this plan looks better than the normal MRTA/GCLTA(MLTA).
Anyone heard or buy of this plan before? Anything bad behind this plan?

http://www.rhbgroup.com/products-and-servi...tial-primeguard

Hamper Wrapping service

Hi,

I plan to buy a hamper home for my family. But, I found out the products in the Pre-Made Hamper found in shopping mall are not really suitable for my family.
So I plan to buy all the hamper contents by myself and sent them for wrapping. Anyone know where to find shop/store that provide Hamper Wrapping service in PJ/KL area?
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
