Yesterday I checked my itemised bill using Digi OCS and found out there are fews funny numbers (more than 10 digits). Using feedback via OCS, I was informed that one of those number appeared becoz I used a video call. I told them that Xperia X10 cannot make video call and even if it can I never use video call. After some arguement, Digi agreed to waived the so called 'video call' charges. But they will not going to waive the charges if it happen next time. Question is, can 3rd party apps, trigger the video call on handphone that doesn't have video call capabilities?
