The cost of owning it is 50k Pound(Cash Term coz no End-Financing).<br /><br />What is the opinions of all the sifus and property gurus here? Izit a good investment? Any key areas we should look into?<br /><br />Note: Personally i think this Student Accommodations idea is good but a bit tough to own coz of the Cash Term.
