When ever i open a folder contain MP4 files in my PC, the Window Explorer pop up and said " window Explorer encounter problem "; then desktop icon disappear and reappear again . Only MP4 files have this problem, MKV or AVI is ok.
Anyone knows why ????

Can ide cable fix 3 connectors ?

Can the ide cable fix with 3 connector ? Meaning 1 master and 2 slaves ! Normally ide cable have 1 master and 1 slave connector but can i fix another connector ?
Has anyone try this before or after fixing will it cause other problem ?
I have 2 hd and writer all running ide. Also i have bought a ide to sata converter but when it connected , there is no indication that the hd is dectected in the sata area.
Can anyone teach me how to run the 3th ide item ?

BTW, pls tell me how to get rid of this pop up sign " NMindexStoreSvr.exe ". Very annoying , off an on it will pop up and i have to press ' Don't Send ' to get rid of it.

Cannot installed Window ! Need advises.

Yesterday changed my P4(Foxconn) mobo to C2D mobo ( used,bought from here, asus p5klp-am ). As i know , i need to format my hd.
I can get in the BIOS system and get blue screen ( window setup ) but the problem is when its ask to install window, press "Enter", its won't go to next stage to install but instead go to bios checking, blue screen , loading installation files then come to ask intall window, press '' Enter " .
Have tried many times but same process happened again. Also try newly buy Window OS cd (pirate), cannot get installed.
Is the Mobo faulty ? Or do i missed something ? HD and writer using ide. Also have try another HD, nothing happened..

Pls need help and advices.

Hi friend, i have problem here. i can and used to access this website links--'putlocker' to download some movie link
but last week, after taken back my pc from repaired ( cannot startup ), its does not allow me to access this website anymore, only this website not allow but the rest is okay, Why ?
But if i use my son pc, i can access ! Is my pc still have problem or what ?
Can anyone please explain ? Is there any way to go in again ?

Transfering data very slow

Recently noticed that when i tranfer data from my desktop to the external HD( buffalo HD-PET640U2 ) is getting slow. Also the estimate remain time is inaccurate.
Anyone know why ? Or is my external HD going bad ?

Movie file cannot be deleted ?

Hello sifu, need some help and advise here,
Yesterday i download a TV series--Glee so3 e4, from some blog,the file is a MP4 file.
The problem is whenever i click on the file , window explorer sent out message saying window encountered a problem , need to close. Window close a second and reappeared.
i have tried deleting the file many times but can't do it. Once i click on the file, same message appeared.Late, another message pop out saying its using by another person or program.
Is the file a virus or something ?Is there any way that can get rid of it ?

Another problem is , when i transfered files from desktop comp. to portable external HD ( storage ), i found the transfering time is very very long, e.g. 1.0GB takes 45 mints or longer to finish it.What is happening ?
Futhermore, i also notice that my desktop HD light (red light ) is alway on and not blinking.
Is my HD going bad !

Guys, can please explain what is happening ?

Can the dvd writer speed to be adjusted ?

i have a desktop computer with 2 dvd writers. Laterly one of it rosak so
I have just install a new Samsung dvd writer (sata ) but its burned with the speed of 16x (22,160 kb/s), about 50 mins to finish its burning...too long !
But the other one burned with the speed of 18x , both of them are Samsung and using the same nero software.What went wrong...
Can anyone teach me how to adjust the writing speed, please !
