Hi all sifu for cerato 2.0 need advice, just went to service centre claim warranty for certain spare parts then ask the staff how much for changing the car bulb and the guy say 800 for the led bulb for cerato 2.0,i like wow speechless, is there any idea can change to normal bulb or cheaper bulb.... Need advice thx

I'm trying to get my body into shape and of cause healthy diet is very important too so my daily activities and meal is that right ?
Day 1 chest
Day 2 hiking/jogging
Day 3 back and abs
Day 4 rest
Day 5 shoulder
Day 6 hiking/jogging
Day 7 arm/legs

10am oat 2scoop,protein 1scoop,whole meal bread(brown bread)1slice+cheese(sandwich cheese),2 egg(boiled)
1pm white rice 4-5oz,chicken breast without skin
3pm fruit(watermelon/apple/orange
6pm-7.30pm gym
8pm 2slices whole meal bread,tuna/chicken breast/salmon,vege,fruit

Am i taking the correct meal and this workout routine is ok for me.
P/s cheat meal once a week or sometimes twice.
