I get suck apply in Uni with a diploma paper

Recently i had quit my jobs position(software engineer), and go to Utar university to apply intake.
A consultant is told me that i not qualified to take degree because of my spm math 8E.
I had finish studies diploma computer and electronic engineering with 3.12 CGPA.
and i had 3 credits and BM pass. I had no idea, and i now is very emo.
Utar consultant give me few choice, there is

-Chinese studied,
-child studied.
- psychology
- journalism
- PR
- Advertising.

I really emo because i can't continue to degree in engineering.

Is Business Studies suitable for Computer student?

I will graduate after two weeks ,
I want to give up education study degree Computer science,
and apply enter utar study Business administration in Entrepreneur.
If i now change course, will i study be more difficult?
Because BA is not include " Techno Entrepreneurship["
In future, if i want to do own business in IT sector, it's sure very hard???
May I ask ,which University is published course for IT + Entrepreneur? Except APIIT / UCTI (expensive)

Exchange Course after graduate diploma to degree

I'm a student who study diploma computer engineering course,if i want to exchange course after graduate , and further study in degree, can i choose Business administration in finance ? Start study from year 1 ? or need to take foundation of business? if i dun want to take foundation ,then how???

Can Private College Apply Local University?

After few month i will graduate and i confused to go where ? and my CGPA now is currently 3.17 for whole diploma ,without calculate the last semester gpa, then can i apply in UTM ???
Or i can apply oversea university for further degree computer science ? I'm Diploma in Computer and electronic engineering , Thanks a lot who answer me this question
